The hotel is clean, with useful personal, and offers perfect location very close to a restaurant which serves great, the airport and free parking and central Bilbao. This place is good value, the rooms are comfortable quiet with instead of '' twin beds '' as well as view on motorway.

A lot of people with windows open are very noisy. The pillows are very hard, I had to sleep without a pillow.

I enjoyed a spacious and clean room with friendly staff and was actually surprised by the excellent non-stop shuttle service to the nearby airport, made my travels super convenient. Being so close to the fine Guggenheim Museum really enhanced my city strolls, allowing me to soak in the art without any hassle.

From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent - the room was well thought out and everything was there. The restuarant was excellent and very chic. The shuttle service was wonderful, it allowed us to leave our car at the hotel, which worked out to be cheaper than using the airport facilities. So no complaints from us and we would recommend the Holiday Inn to everyone....THANK You!!!

Close to the airport. We stayed only one night due to early flight and it was ok.

The holiday inn express is a solid choice for an overnight stay. It was quiet, clean, and really easy to hop on the shuttle to the airport. The continental breakfast was nice, and i especially loved the independent restaurant nearby that served a fantastic meal.

We arrived very late, 2 hours delayed, at 1 30 am, due to strikes in Greece and uk. The staff had everything ready for us after we called for a cab; walked in the door and they handed me the room key. Since the airline lost our baggage as well, they gave us free internet for use to help us track and make the calls/emails necessary to find the bags. They also gave us a few hours extra (until 2 pm the next day) to check out, allowing us time to retrieve our bags from the airport, come back to shower. Best of all, a lovely continental breakfast was included in the price. This airport is literally walking distance from the airport (1/2 mile). Very convenient, clean, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to the airport. The airport shuttle was great. The best part was the high quality, delicious food served in the restaurant. Surprisingly good for a hotel of this type.

The hotel is right on a highway and there is some traffic noise. The room was warmer than I would have liked and the thermostat didn't seem to work well. There was a trace of red mold in the shower. But, for convenience and for it's other good qualities, I'd definitely stay there again.

Breakfast felt cramped, with not enough space for everyone, leading to a rushed experience. The lack of a decent on-site dining option pushed us to explore nearby restaurants with better value. Wi-Fi connection was sporadic, often requiring a visit to reception to solve. Some issues arose with the shuttle service. Once it was noted full despite visible space. Specific room deficiencies like limited towels and maintenance issues dampened the comfort level significantly.

great location but tricky access

The staff was friendly and accommodating when I arrived late at night. The bar service was readily available. I appreciated the comfortable bed that provided a restful night.

Everything was very new and clean. The rooms were extremely comfortable. There was a convenient shuttle service that started at 0545. Some breakfast items were out before that time allowing a quick bite before heading to the airport.

The tv was very difficult to use and there was no information in the room about internet, food or other amenities that you would find in most hotels. While the staff was very nice, they were unable to resolve our issue trying to order movies in our room. They did not offer us another room since we were only staying there one night.

The breakfast at the place was rich with so many options including spanish omlett. I liked the fashionable and silent room with twin beds, modern bathroom, a bath.
